Guardian

I decided to work on something personal to showcase as a portfolio piece.
The project started off with a doodle of a male figure, in a parade stance, which developed into a slightly more detailed drawing on a large digital canvas. I changed the figure's position so it looked as if his balance was altered by the weight of the banner which he carried on his right shoulder, I did this by sticking his arm out and tilting his left leg to perform an unbalanced expression.
